When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company name, engagement type, and message you provide. The form is processed by Formspree, who forwards it to us by email. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, scope a possible engagement, and — if you become a client — to retain a record of how the relationship began.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree and stored according to their privacy policy. We do not store personal data on our servers beyond what is necessary to respond to and act on your message. Where you become a client, retention is governed by your Statement of Work and applicable law.
Your browser's localStorage is used to remember your light/dark theme preference. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server. Clearing your site data resets the preference; nothing else changes.
