Whoever takes the brief signs the architecture and operates it through the warranty. No mystery handoffs.

We don't quote what we haven't specified. Numbers carry sources; assumptions are tagged in the margin.

Every cutover has a rollback. Every design that can drift is monitored, alarmed, and remediated.

It is not a phase, a checklist, or a final review. We operate as if attackers exist — because they do.

Cloud bills are an architectural feedback loop. We design to that loop and report on it monthly.
